Vodka and slimline tonic, with ice and a slice of lime = approx. 60 cals. I drink this most of the time, and it's a nice refreshing drink - perfect for when spring/summer hits and everyone else is drinking beer and cider :)

I only count pure water, I don't ever count coffee, tea or other drinks etc. The more water you drink the easier it will be to drink your 2 litres/8 glasses per day.

I would also recommend cod or any other whitefish, but along with this I'd suggest tuna steaks and seabass. They're two very different kinds of fish, but both work well with marinades and neither are very fishy!

I definitely do this, I can't help it! I'm really proud of all the healthy choices that I'm making in my trolley, especially when I compare it with others in the supermarket that are full of the things I used to buy. Now we regularly have cashiers comment that ours is one of the healthiest trolley of foods that they've put…

Home made soup, which is really filling and satisying but low cal. In the summer I have salad, with either tuna, chicken or goats cheese in it. To go with this I always take 3 pieces of fruit and some carrot sticks to keep me going through the day. I find that if I eat bread at lunch (even if it's within my calorie limit)…

I want to feel happy in a bikini on my honeymoon in September

I've been having these for a few weeks now, I really like them. I usually have one box a week, but I don't take them to work to eat throughout the day. Instead I keep these as evening snacks - if I have dinner and come in under my calories then I usually have half of one of the punnets - that's normally enough to keep the…

Snacks range from anywhere between about 55 calories (some of the crackers) up to about 250 calories (the naughty ones with nuts/chocolate in them!) but they're clearly labelled so you know exactly what you're eating. They're really yummy! I also have a free code if anyone wants a free box.. Free code: CY186W6

I'm also 5' 3 and started my weight loss in August at 168 lbs. I decided to aim for 133 lbs as this was nicely into the healthy bmi range and I was happy at that weight before I gained weight a few years ago. I'm now at 134 lbs and I'm going to try to lose a few extra lbs and then I'll stop - you can't really know until…

I'm also on 1200 a day, anyone else on 1200 feel free to add me - my diary is open to friends. I've been on a reduced calorie diet since August, and have so far lost 32 pounds. For a few months before Christmas I was finding it fairly easily to consistently keep my daily calories to between 1000 and 1100, but then…

We're having mexican chicken stew, never made it before but it looks yummy and recipe portion is 210 cals. We'll have some steamed rice with it, yum!

I make up a batch of soup on a weekend and bring a serving of that to heat up - yummy! I also bring a few pieces of fruit and some carrot sticks to munch on when I get hungry before lunch. I always find that having bread at lunchtime makes me sleep afterwards, and you get that dreaded 2-3pm slump! Soup or salad avoids this…

I'm also sticking to a 1200 cal diet. My usual day is something like this; Breakfast: 30g cereal with milk (usually Special K with red berries) Lunch: Homemade soup (I make this on a weekend ready to portion out for the week) plus fruit (2 pieces) and a yoghurt. Snack: Raw carrot & one piece fruit Dinner: Usually something…

I've just had my first one and I really like them! They are expensive so I won't be having them all the time but I was impressed with the quality of the food and all of the nutritional info included. Yes some of them are fairly high in calories (up to about 250kcal I think ) but these are the ones that include chocolate,…

Uh oh, I didn't mean to provoke a full scale discussion! Thanks for the support from everyone, I think just posting the message on here helped me to get over the craving :) To answer questions - I'm not a binge eater, and if I could leave the office when there's treats around I would but it's an open plan office and the…

Thanks for the advice everyone :) I compromised and ate 2 squares of chocolate, which I could measure and add to my daily snacks. It's helped me to get over the craving for a big wedge of cake, and hasn't hugely impacted on my daily plan. Phew! Back to carrot sticks....

bump so I have the yummy soup recipe! I love mushrooms :)

I've ordered my first box, really looking forward to it! Should be here on Thursday :)

This looks yummy - bump for later!

Hi everyone, thought I'd join in after seeing the link over on YAYW. I'm getting married in September, so my goal is to get to my target weight before I get to my final dress fittings. I started off at 168 Ibs, and I'm now down to 142 Ibs. The last part seems to be the hardest, but I'm determined to get down to my target…

I make my own KFC twister, much healthier and also yummier! I never ever buy frozen chips or wedges, I always make my own (using one potato only) with one cal spray instead of oil and a little seasoning. A nice low cal treat with dinner!
