  • From my own experience, I'd say yes. Most recently, according to the scales I was 4 pounds heavier on the first couple of days of my period.
  • I love nuts as a snack but they're unfortunately so high in calories. But they do fill you up, they're full of nutrients and healthy fats. :-)

  • I have been on medication for hypothyroidism for about 3 years now, diagnosed when I was just 15. It was only a year ago since I managed to lose some weight but it does and can happen. I have lost 70lbs so far. Don't let it beat you, with the right dose of meds, and the right lifestyle change, it's possible. :-)
