Everytime I go in the staff room there are crisps/sweets/chocolates on the table. We only have one table so it is always right in front of me. I just don't eat it! If other people want to then fine but I don't want to

I suffer depression and anxiety. All of the meds I have taken have made me put on weight but not massively. Most of my weight was from comfort and stress eating.Since exercising and healthy eating I have seen the weight dropping off and have been really happy and positive :-) Good luck

My next workout tomorrow will be week 1 day 3. I did day 1 on Monday and I almost gave up on the last 60 seconds of running but as I went to stop it told me to stop running anyway. Yesterday was day 2 and I managed the 60 second runs just fine, I really surprised myself. Day 3 tomorrow! Keep up to good work. My first 5k is…
