I use a check register, I like to be able to see how much I have and not just guess. I used to do that but than I kept over drawing my account. Not fun!

Me too! im 5'7" 156 lbs. Just started a weightloss challenge at work thats 6 weeks! could use some motivation! I wanna win that $100. haha

I never used to, but since Im trying really hard again it might be a good idea to see what actually goes into your body. I dont however log adult beverages since I usuallt do mixed drinks, and I occasionally lose track of how many I have. haha.

im 5'7" since I joined MFP, my inital weight was 170, current weight is 156, my goal (for right now) is 140. I began running last year, it was tough. I completely agree about wanting kids is selfish. I think about how hard to I have to work to make ends meet, the children now are going to have to work 3 times harder. I dont want to put another human being through that.

I get alot of comments alot about that. I dont want kids either. I think it is a smart, responsible choice. I know I wouldn't be able to provide the right care for them. This is your life and your choice :smile:
