I have done it only once thus far, using 1 lb.. Told myself oh these are nothing.. Yet my shoulders are aching.. Legs, oh those are another story! Good luck, I couldn't do it right away the next day or two but have done 2 hours at gym both days so not quite resting!

I am in the same boat! When I get the chance to stand I do toe raises - stand on my tip toes and stretch as tall as I can, repeatedly. Also like to sit in chair and extend one leg at a time straight out. You could probably look up some hatha yoga moves to do some stretching if you are in a secluded cubicle/office. I work…
