Updated my goals, so my calories have changed. I am watching my sugar, because my fasting sugar was 86. It has been creeping up. Not to worried about sugar in fruit. More all the candy an sweet treats I was eating. So for example if I eat 1400 calories, and then burn 200 working out. Do I eat those 200 calories back?

My before is the one I used before I joined Dietbet. I will do another at 30 lb. Only because I have pictures from losing 30lb. Then monthly after that.

Right now I don't have any small goals. I am first working off the weight that I gained. I was down 32 pounds. I gained a lot of that back. So that is just goal one..get my butt back there. 1967 HOLLA!!! Okay I am on day 2 of back at the battle. I was here last April or so and did great. I was losing weight, smaller clothes, working out. Doing what needed to be done. Then BAM!! It is what I use on my dry skin. My feet are finally going back to summer feet. I am not a fan of coconut so I will not be eating it. However if it can make my skin baby soft. I am all over that.

I am starting in the morning. Went shopping and got some decent food to eat. Going to start back to the gym on Thursday. Cold weather will keep me in Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday have to take Mom to the doctor. So Thursday morning I will be at the gym.

Hit the gym. Burned over 400 calories. Stopped for lunch aft Qdoba. Did naked chicken bowl.no rice, cheese or sour cream. Had guacamole added. 325 calories 11 grams of fat. It was good. Now home to shower and off to work.

Good Morning! Sitting here having breakfast. Cheerios and Almond milk. Going to go to the gym in a bit and work out too. I hope everyone is doing well. It is a rainy day here. Good day to lay in bed and sleep. But that won't get the pounds off, so time to get moving.
