  • I started my journey about ten days ago and lost 7 pounds in the water weight! Your body will hold onto the fat for some time, but if you keep eating well and exercising your body will eventually go "okay fine I will let it go!"
  • If you do a lot of exercise including weight training I would recommend the whey isolate powder. It is about 35.00 Canadian and it lasts for a very long time. Chocolate or vanilla. Tastes great and is an easy way to get your protein
  • Honestly I do appreciate all of the feedback but I believe you to be dead on. That makes total sense. I am not starving myself at all. I am eating a lot throughout the day and drinking a ton of water. I go to the gym 6 days a week and so far I have seen or felt anything negative physically. I spoke to a few trainers about…

  • Oh no that really sucks! Yes if I don't eat food and take the pill with a glass of water I get very queasy. And to reduce costs I have also only taken one pill a day. It costs me 60 dollars for the two week packs and I can save 60 bucks just by taking one a day and it is working!
  • My solution was going on Champix. I was a pack a day smoker for a few years and I went to the doctor and prescribed for Champix. Now I have been smoke free for months and I feel absolutely no withdrawals or cravings. It is about 60 Canadian dollars for every 2 weeks but its way cheaper compared to the 250-300 I was…
