I don't think this is accurate, Belly fat is the HARDEST to lose for EVERYONE. Maybe men have it easier but it will not be an easy road. Just keep trying, do some ab exercises. Go to this site http://www.shapefit.com/ they have a ton of different workouts and it may have something you like in the ab section.

yes, it is a killer workout! I tried it at my gym and i lasted only 40 mins of the hour long class and it kicked my butt 9 ways to sunday.

depends on your body size, my calorie intake is only 1200 cals for the day. But make sure you are eating good calories, not empty calories like in sodas. DO NOT GIVE UP!!! May take time but you'll get there!
