me 2! I just discovered them myself and if I have the regular i usually only eat 1/2 pk but with the light one (only 35 cals) i go ahead and smear the entire thing on it! Try the babybel cheeses. You peel them out of this little rubber wrapper and eat it. So yummy & only 70cals. great snack.

I was classed as a semi-vegetarian. I still eat meat but only on occasion, I don't really need/want it but i can't cut it out 'cause my entire family is total "meat-a-tarian" I am always interested in new recipes if you have any to share.:flowerforyou:

me 2! if nothing else just google the name or item you are trying to find + calorie count (i.e. fried chicken breast calorie count) usually you can get a pretty good idea there.:happy:

Yes, I try to track my weekend calories but usually end up forgetting to log :grumble:something and end up over doing it at least 1 of the 2 days. It's ok though, just get back on the wagon.:happy:

what would yall suggest to be a good protein choice? I don't eat eggs at all (blech):noway: i don't eat much meat, not a vegetarian but i'm about as close as you can get without being one, I love soy milk almonds (like almond milk?) and such would that help?

Only thing about that is that I'm usually eating my alloted 1200 cals but my workouts usually burn 400+ should i be 'eating' litteraly (sp?) back?

I think it's true, I used to wear an 8 1/2 - 9 depending on the shoe. Now I can go anywhere from 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 depending on the shoe. weird huh? :happy:

don't know about building muscle or toning (my trainer friend says i'm toning) but the elliptical is better i think easier on the knees.

i read that to so i drink 88oz/day. Then drink additional water (that varys in amounts) while i work out.
