As I stated previously, significantly overweight people at a higher quantity of unhealthy food. Personally, I've found that in my 10 weeks on here, eating foods that are healthy for you and actually fill you up consist of less calories... which for me makes it a bit harder to reach my calorie goal.

I understand that some people lack common sense or are too lazy to research something on their own before posting. But rather than being rude or degrading in a reply, it could be simply ignored. Then the poster would HAVE to look it up by themselves. But FYI not everyone gains during their "TOM" ... I don't :)

I think the world just needs better parents. If there were, their kids wouldn't be such arrogant, entitled, rude, (insert numerous other names here)... brats. :) I'm not saying I'm perfect. Far from it, actually. (I found out why I'm ranting this morning. I forgot to have my coffee!)

I did the HGC diet and drops before. Lost 30lbs in 5 weeks, then gained it all back. you can NOT live on 500 calories a day.

I think that there are a lot of women on here that haven't always been classified as "good looking" ... only after they decided that they wanted to take care of themselves did they become attractive. 30 Day Shred is a combination of cardio, strength, and abs. There are 3 levels, 10 days on each level. Each level has 3 circuits to the workout..which is 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. (repeat for circuit 2 and 3) but with slightly different exercises.

My goal tonight is to run for 1.25 minutes straight through. I think I'm not going to worry about increasing my speed/decreasing my time yet, rather focus on distance covered...working my way up by adding 1/4. I know it's not much, but considering I'm very overweight, it's more than enough to keep my heart rate up there…

Thanks ladies. I was really surprised to accomplish it in that time truly, but I was determined. The best part is that I did it because i WANTED to. No one suggested it or pressured me to.
