I read an article that says people over 200lbs (like myself) burn about 3.5 calories PER jumping jack. I was doing 250-400 per day for a while and it did actually really help with weight loss. Plus it works muscles all over :) I'm doing the 30 day shred, and some regular weight lifting... but I'll attempt to do these as…

I make a mash bowl with whole grain rice, roasted potatoes, roasted peppers, steamed veggies, and if you're still okay with cheese, a little bit of that as a sauce. (but seriously, just a little) ^_^

After your workouts eat a half a banana with a TBSP of peanut butter. It adds calories and helps burn more calories after you stop working out! :)

My half goal is 50lbs by Halloween if not sooner. Then another 50 by my birthday next April. I'd love to help! Feel free to add me! I'll be as much support and give as much motivation as I can :)

Thanks. I think. lol

To all the ladies posting, you're all gorgeous and I would totally flirt with you all if I swung that way :) Hell, I might still flirt with you just for fun.

I love reading stuff like this :) Always gives me a little extra motivation to keep going in the right direction (in regards to weight loss and getting healthy...and life in general) Kinda reminds me of this quote... "Hey, remember that guy that gave up? Neither does anyone else." I agree with you though, if you aren't…

I really didn't expect my post to get quite so much attention. But I agree with this statement. Any way to reduce sexual desires would make it a lot easier to maintain a platonic friendship. But it absolutely is possible.
