Not all people will lose pant's sizes at the same time so dont get discouraged if you dont. I havent lost a pants size yet with 18lbs gone and inches gone as well. It just tells me my pants were way to tight, and I must have been dressed like a hooker. At least thats my guess :tongue:

My cup size hasnt gone down at all, however the fat right under my bra strap is pretty much gone I lost 4 inches there. Now you would think this a good thing but now the girls went south way way south....I guess no fat to hold them up?? I was kinda shocked lol. Tis ok...Victoria knows my secret :bigsmile:

Good for you, for listening to your body and going to see your doctor. Thats what this journey should be about, health. Yes its great to lose weight, but I look at that like its the bonus now not the goal. The goal is to get healthy and feel better! I wish you continued success on your journey! :flowerforyou:

I am forever at some sort of sporting event or another with my son....Baseball tryouts are Feb 28th. Last year I was the team mom for football and OMG was I exhausted! Hopefully this will be a better more energetic year :drinker:

I love love yoga! Depending on what we are doing for that particular class I can burn 250 cal in 60 min. Sometimes less. I think the stretching of my body has saved me from a ton of pain from my regular workouts! :flowerforyou:
