everyone wants a quick fix! I always have and now this time I know if I want to succedd I have to do this the long way around and learn proper eating habits and exercise.

I really like eating oatmeal, it's thick and sticks to ya. Also Yogurt and a fruit is great too. I drink alot of water to help curve the hunger, alot of friends chew gum to help.

Hate to say this SOOO would I. I'm in front of a computer all day on the phones non stop and can't just get up and walk away when I want. HELP ME!

I remember those kind of moments, my first one was a zip line in TX, I was only 10 and the weight limit was like 160, the attendance guy came by me and my sister and looked down at me and i don't know how much i weighed then but I know I was pushing the scale and he said rudely that I wouldn't fit, oh how i hurt inside…

You to be honest most kids have a belly but they grow out of it. Sounds like she is very acitve she'll burn it off herself. Don't worry about it just keep an eye on if she keeps gaining.
