WOw----another rn here....yup. 12 hour nights does NOT DO A BODY gOOD!!!!!!! I think we are so busy caring for others that we clearly forget ourselves...... To the EICU rni was an EICU rn here in maine for 2 years ( 24 hours a week), but i missed the unti too much, so now back to the 36 hour grind in the scu...... Maybe we…

I go midnight to midnight as well.......that first day i am awake for about 30 hours and then the third day i am ususally under.......i don't think there is an easier way thant this. Good Luck........

i have worked 12 hour nights for 15 years and i have recently brought my " skip-it" ( remember the ring that you put your foot in and try to jump over the ball artached by a string?) and I also bring my exercise bands so I can do some strength training as well.....
