maybe the battery needs changing....how old is it?? i just had mine changed ( it's 12 years old!) now it works like a charm!!!!!! They have a few centers that you mail it to and it's sent back to you after a few days....About 20$......good luck!

have you looked into why you are so sick in the morning if you eat??? Is your blood sugar to low? Maybe you need higher fats, but in small amounts.....I work 12 hour night shifts, so a traditionalbreakfast for me is always unusual......I am not hungry in the morning......So i don't eat in the morning.....not until 8:30 or…

Hi there---Have you thought about taking a diet hiatus???Maybe the stress of dieting is what is keeping the weight on??? Maybe not weigh yourself for a few weeks and just track food, but eat to feel full and happy. THen once food isn't so bad and you feel calmer, start up again? good luck!!! here for you!!!!!

OK everyone....it's FRIDAY!!!!! time to put on those " skinny " clothes!!!! I have this orange summer dress that I can barley get over my head, but I hope at the end of this challenge--I can at least breathe in it.....hopes for the summer...... goodl uck everyone!!!!

WHat kind of work do you do??? I work 7p until 7aas a critical care nurse and I have found that the first day....The one that you are awake for 24 plus hours, I allow myself 250 extra calories, just to get by...I start my day at midnight, and some days I am under, but then other days I am over...I also bring a few exercise…

OK EVERYONE!!!!! it's Friday----get out those skiny jeans, bathing suits, dresses or what have you......Put it on and REALLY LOOK AT YOURSELF!!!!!!! Don't see this as a faluire, but as an opportunity....... Give yourself 6 weeks and really remember those outfits when you feel stressed or emotional and turn to eating......…
