Weighed in yesterday, and come in at 137.6 :) dropped the water weight and about a pound. I'm getting there slowly; I'd love to hit 135 in the next week/ week and a half :)

I think I'm still holding onto water weight. I think I look like I've lost some, and people have made comments but the scale isn't moving. So I'm gonna play around with my calorie intake. I really want to look killer for the first day of summer!

Same here, I would like to know as well. I plan on running the Color Me Rad 5k in August but my friend has bad knees and so can't really run it. But since this will be my first 5k I'd like to see how I do but also don't want to leave my friend behind. :/

I'm having the same exact issue, though I think mine is due to the large amount of salt I've consumed. I was at 138.8/139.4 two weeks ago and now I'm back up to 141.2 :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: After all the stress and vengeful eating I did yesterday I'm back to counting and hoping I make progress.

I've dated all blondes with one exception, but all of them had blue eyes. I tend to like big guys and I have a soft spot for country boys. But all I really look for is intelligent and funny, and perhaps the ability to speak another language :)

Today, I ran my usual mile and then did the Zombies Run! 5k training. Then walked// ran a bit more for a total of 6.66 miles. Not too much but not bad. :)

Today I ran my usual "5k" route around my community, which I hadn't done in about 2 weeks or so. (I have been switching up how/when/where/what I run) and improved greatly on my time. This is awesome especially because my goal is to run an actual 5k race in August.

I've put myself on a mirror and scale "detox" so I won't be weighing in until the 15th. But I did have 2 NSVs- someone looked at me and asked "did you lose weight?" So that means something's working lol and my second one was I had to go in a notch on my belt :D

I generally just run everyday but I am trying to start working in ab and strength building exercises. I was gone all day so my run was short.
