Good job man!!!

I've done Insanity twice and had great results both times! I'd say I lost around 20lbs my first time and around 15lbs the second. (my diet wasn't the best 2nd time around being summer time and all) The best part was my energy went through the roof.

Stand up straight, Bend slightly forward. And using dumbbells lift in a up and down motion. This will work the same area as your standard pull up

I am sorta doing one of those now. On Tues I do Plyo X and Asylum Overtime. Every Thursday I switch up it between YogaX and Asylum Speed and Agility and Sat I replaced Kenpo X with Asylum Gameday. It really mixes things up and keeps them interesting. Plus it makes it a little more challenging

The rest of my week looks like this Today is P90X Yoga Friday is P90X Legs and Back Sat is Asylum Gameday Sunday is my day to run
-
I have P90X, Insanity, Asylum and P90X2 pre ordered. :)

Insanity is an amazing workout! So is P90X. But they are completely different. The fun thing is mixing them together for one super workout!

The is actually the cheapest option around here..

Just go say hello. If she is into you, then it won't really matter if you are at the gym or not.
-
If you can handle Insanity then Asylum shouldn't be a problem. It's really not that much harder. It's a lot more fun though in my opinion.

Oklahoma and Wisc. Even though they don't deserve it, I fear Boise State will sneak in there though unless both teams go 12-0.

Couldn't have said it better myself! Exercise and eating healthy is important! But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy yourself. Everything is fine in moderation.
-
P90X is a combo between cardio and strength training. Insanity and Turbo Fire are pure cardio. Which would you prefer?

Yeah sure and you end up spending $60-$80 bucks a month. Not to mention you have to drive to and from. Oh and surely they will hit you with the sign fees! I spent about $160 on signup fee and another like $300 just for a membership at the local Y. I had to sign a contract and a bunch of other BS. I finally realized what a…

lol time for Asylum

Insanity is an amazing program! Hopefully we see another one sometime soon

Congrads and great job!!

Yes you are correct. Your net is total calories consumed - exercise calories burned. But it has nothing to do with RMR (Resting Metabolism Rate) RMR are estimates of how many calories you would burn if you were to do nothing but rest for 24 hours. They represent the minimum amount of energy required to keep your body…

The only supplements I take are whey protein (I get mine at wal mart for like $20 a tub) I take one after my workouts. As that is the most important time to consume protein. I take Spring Valley Salmon fish oils. I also drink Shakeology and P90X recovery once and awhile also.
-
A tub of P90X recovery formula is $50. That will last you a month. A month supply of Whey will run you about $15. Glutamine will cost about $15 and banana's will cost you about $5 a month maybe. So you are looking at about $35 dollars for your homemade drink compared to $50. Like I said there are a little cheap options.

People don't take into consideration the other things found in our food. Sure you could eat 1,200 calories of healthy food and 1,200 calories of junk food and calorie goal would be met in both cases. But the junk food is also loaded with stuff we shouldn't be putting in our bodies. I always laugh when I see companies…

I agree with everything you said. Except the part about the rest of that stuff being a scheme. P90X recovery formula is amazing. It does exactly what it says it does. I hardly feel any soreness after my workouts when I drink that stuff. And Shakeology is a quick and easy meal replacement that fills you up and taste great!…

This has been a concern of mine. I was close to 300 lbs. I'm now down about 60. Still have another 40-60 to reach my goal. I don't really notice any lose skin now. So I am hoping it stays that way. I've only been over weight for about 2 years and I'm still young. (29) so hoping that works in my favor.

Looks awesome! Can't wait to move there

Going to buy a bunch of new clothes

I do most of my workouts without shoes. Though sometimes I have to use them to keep from sliding on the floor
-
Push ups will come in time! I can do around 60-70 non stop and about 100 or so max. I started with 15-20 push up max! (That includes dropping to my knees) If you really want to work on your push ups google "100 push up challenge"

I can't wait for spring break!

I know plenty of women who have done classic and had great results. Really it's just a matter of preference, not gender. Do you want more cardio or strength training.

To get a true calorie burn you need a heart rate monitor. And just enter it as a new exercise :) If you don't own a HRM then you just need to try and ball park it
