I never eat back my exercise calories...at least not all of them. Not sure how this is working since I've only been doing this for a week, but I seriously can't imagine trying to eat back a thousand or more calories.

Coffee creamer--Sugar Free Hazelnut--I pour a huge thermos of coffee and use about 8 tbs of creamer, and do this nearly three times a day. Don't know how I'd survive without it.

This sounds interesting, but what foods do you eat where you can reach a 70% ratio of fat? I can't even imagine doing that without also increasing calories, increasing carbs, hell, increasing everything!

I check mine when I first wake up, though I hate doing it since it is ALWAYS over 200.
