It is the truth without a doubt. We used to spend 80 every two weeks. Since going more fresh and less processed items it never dips below 110. It is worth it though.

I will usually wake up and blast down 2 ibu and a vitamin water. I am usually good in 20 min.

Here is a good one for gatherings and holidays. It is fruity and packs a punch. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/guy-fieri/the-grape-ape-bowla-recipe/index.html We usually make it in a pitcher versus the bowl at home.

I am a big fan of most anything with alcohol in it. Some how I always end up back at regular Bacardi and coke zero with a lime though. My favorite shot would have to be an irish car bomb which is a glass quarter to half full of guiness with a shot glass of 50/50 baileys and jameson dropped in. You then pound it down like…

Whoa! I leave for a month or two and a group is formed. Took me 15 minutes to find a way to join up. Not used to the group thing. :drinker: The fact that there is a message board yet and also this group had me confused for a bit. Oh well think I got it now! Rowland's brewery in Chilton, WI has the best pumpkin beer I have…

I think you mean Heavy Rain..... I loved the game and played it from begining to end. My wife also loved to watch it as it seemed so movie like. LA Noire kinda gives me the same immersive feeling and you care for the character you interact and play with.

I would say on average about 5 is a good pace.

Anyone who has said I or someone I know cannot do something or they can do it better. I tend to run through that list and stop to punch each of them in the face while sapping any available energy from their excuse filled corpses. With such a LONG list this can get me through almost an hour. And just think I get to replay…

I weight in @ the gym. Same time of day and same scale. Seems to be the best.

A little troll only bothers me if I let it. Sometimes it is fun to just go right back at them with some crap that makes no sense. That way they cannot compute that in their troll brain and usually wander back to the MTV forums they came from.. :glasses:

Someone else who rocks the Mio with booze. Good call. I have the punch one and it goes well with vodka and carbonated water.

I dont really have a day off where I go bat *kitten* insane and eat like a mad man. I have found that if I break down what makes a cheat day for me (sugary drinks, greasy food, lots of salt) I can treat my self multiple times over the week just on a smaller scale. This would be like having pizza but not an insane greasy…

I will have to watch this later when not on work network. I have heard a few different topics regarding this and assume it will be along the same lines.

My wife and I are the same friggin way. We each hate the other when they get all sauced up and you are sober.

HRM will always be the most accurate. I always scale back what the machines show because I know what my HRM said. I dont use an HRM all the time now that I have the general idea. It is insane how you can move over one machine and the difference is pretty dramatic.

Thats like a massive lame stress grenade. I would have been drunk by 9 am. Good luck!!

I believe we had a bottle of this over the weekend. The name was Meritage or something similar. If it was that dudes it was really good and reasonable for price. :drinker:

I will keep my eye out for the red box. Sounds awesome. I saw the Coppola you are talking about and it was a bit on the pricy but now I will have to try it. I have this weird fear of boxed wine. I had like 4 friends growing up whos mothers all had franzia boxes in the fridge and they were always half drunk and lame…
