  • I have similar problem! Especially with my hands being cold, I never thought it was from taking fewer calories. My daily calorie intake ranges from 1100 to 1600 (if I'm working out).

  • Just get rid of the soda! I used to drink cola ALL the time. I felt like crap, I was sleepy all the time, I used to get tired easily. Since I don't drink cola I feel great! It makes a difference. Drink more water, tea and if you don't like plain water add a little bit of lemon or orange juice. Soda is extremely bad for you.
  • It took me forever to let go of the habit of eating sugary treats for snacks... I rarely snack anymore but when I do I eat raw nuts(a small portion, 10 to 20 grams), green tea helps with my cravings a lot, I don't know why but it does for some reason, you can try drinking green tea whenever you crave something sugary and…
