whenever i binge, its usually pizza at night. 4 slices. and half a package of oreos plus the food from earlier which is usually healthy food. i find myself binging when i have been drinking with friends so i make sure to make it a rare occasion!

i make snack packs with different unsalted nuts and dried fruit on the weekends to take with me everywhere. i also make sure if i have to eat something like pizza , i opt for a veggie one and eat it before 1pm so my body has time to burn it off when im on the go. hope this helps:)

i really wish i took before pictures of myself but i didnt:( its amazing. ive never been in better shape. the only thing i can say is keep increasing the weights even if you dont feel like it. and the resistance band gets a little worn down so i would purchase a better one from wally mart.

i used to do that ALL the time. i would start the day perfectly healthy and then be jacked up by the end of the night. my advice is to schedule in a cheat day. i tell myself i will eat healthy for 7 days and then have a cheat day. it really helps knowing i can have some of the not so healthy stuff i like if i eat for 7…

Ideally you want to eat a bigger breakfast though. you want to go to bed on and empty stomach. so bigger breakfasts are essential for getting those calories in. too few calories actually slow your progress...
