I firmly believe that Strength/Weight Training is the way to go . A resting BMR that eats up alot of fat calories for fuel by way of lean muscle mass is the ticket. Resting one pound of fat will burn 2-3 cals per hour; a pound of lean muscle will burn 30-36 cals per pound per hour. Something to think about thats for sure.…
