I eat spinach every day cooked into my egg sandwich. I also love spinach in pasta dishes or raw. I don't like creamed spinach for some reason though. Just started eating kale this year and I like it. As others have said, it keeps longer than spinach, so there's that. And it's not bad in my egg sandwich as a spinach…
