  • Im on day 2 and my arms are sore along with my thighs. I'm going to rest on Saturdays just to give my body a chance to rebuild and whatnot. So far it's been good though! I'm hoping to see good results!

  • Yesterday I did NOT get in a workout. I felt absolutely horrible, so I was in bed most of the day, no fried foods either. Today I have felt a bit better, still no fried foods and I'll be getting about 20 minutes in tonight. Tomorrow should be better, I'll get my whole hour.
