Sorry I haven't been back lately. Things have been CRAZY at work. I'm still at 187.2. I'm hoping that I can get it down this week. I want to meet my 175 goal by March 15 and for sure my April 1 goal!

Most of the time if you were an early bloomer, then yours won't go down much after weight loss. I got mine overnight basically and I know they won't go anywhere! I think they may go down to a regular D or maybe even a C, instead of the DD i'm at now, But I don't expect anything lower than C because I've never been there.…

I did one of Billy Blanks cardio videos yesterday. Part of his bootcamp. OH. MY. GOSH! I have never sweat so much in my life! It was intense, and I only did 30 minutes of it! I'm hoping I can get through the whole thing! Today I am going to Zumba! :)

I like this list. I think it would be good to create a mini goal list too. You know something that shows what you'll do when you reach your mid way goal, or a 50lb goal. Sometimes having the small achievements make it easier for you to reach the big goal! It lets you know that you are still moving forward! I liked reading…

yes it's normal. I gained a lbs this week. it will go away aftewards. But just keeping doing everything, eating right and working out and it will stay off. Just because TOM is in town doesn't mean a week off. For me working out helps with cramps! SO it's nice!
