I've been doing some of the Billy Blanks Jr. stuff. There one, its full body dance or something like that. Sad thing is, it expires tomorrow. He has others on there too though that are good., I take advantage of that if I can't make it to the gym.

I nearly fall off it I don't use my hands. ha! The one I use has the moving handle bars and ones that don't move. I switch between the two, mainly because I end up leaning on the non-moving ones. The elliptical kicks my butt! I'm hoping that soon I can kick it's haha!
