Did you eat your exercise calories? If you don't, sometimes your body will go into starvation mode because it hasn't gotten enough calorie intake. In starvation mode, your body doesn't know when it's next meal will be so it will hold on to the weight

My new weight is 186! Down .8, not as exciting as last week, but still something! I went to the state fair this week and didn't eat the greatest there (oops!),so I am happy I lost something! must admit, I did not do any of the jumping jacks. :( I did my normal workouts (classes at the gym) that had jumping jacks in them,…

bronwenhilary that was some awesome art!

I don't drink due to the fact that alcoholism runs in my family and I do not want to repeat history. I see what it can do to someone. I mean, I will have one fancy (fruity) drink every once in a blue moon, but that's about it. I also don't like being hungover and not having full control of my own body.

186.8!!!! Lost 5.2 lbs!! So excited! I got 7 house points this week, 4 for water and 3 for food. I burned 3400 cals! It was an overall great week!!

My daughter sucks on her hand all of the time right now. And she doesn't like the paci either,we tried, but no go. The doctor said the hand sucking was a normal thing at this age (she is 3 months). It can be an (very) early sign of teething.

Congrats! My baby girl is 3 months old and I'm workiing on losing the baby weight also! We can do it!

192 this week! I got 4 points between the water and the food challenge. I went to my cabin this weekend and screwed myself with not doing exercise and eating right. Boo. But at least I still lost something!

Not puting anything into my mouth until I check my numbers on MFP. Make plans around my workout classes since I love them so much, I don't want to miss them.

Hello everyone, I ran across this post and it's nice to see a lo of ladies going through the same thing as me! My daughter will be 3 months old on Monday and I am breastfeeding. I feel hungry all the time!! I love working out, but eating is where I am having trouble! I still have a ways to go to get to where I was! I lost…

For running, I would recommend Asics, they are usually between $75 and $100, but it is worth it for the sake of your feet!
-
I forgot to give my Oct 1 goal! I say 175!

Go figure... I love food too! heehee! Before I started MFP, I was working out 6 days a week and not losing weight, I couldn't understand why. Then I came here and recorded my food and realized how much I really was eating! I love MFP because it makes you really think what and how much you put in your mouth!

After a workout, it is good to eat some protein, it helps the muscles recover. It can also make you feel fuller longer. I like to have Greek yogurt (has more protein than the ave yogurt) and add a little bit of granola!

Amazing!

And the number is... 194! Down 1 lb! Good start! Just yesterday withgoing to the gm and having a double header a softball, I burned 1500 cal! I will need to up my cal burn goal a week. I like having other kinds of challenges, like the strength training. The food challenge sounds good too!

I love Zumba classes! They are so fun!

I just came back too! I had a baby in May, I've got 38 lbs to go to get to my pre pregnancy weight. My problem is is that I love food! But this site helped me lose 50 lbs last year, so here I am again! I didn't use the forums before, but I think it will help me to keep on track and motviated! Good Luck! I will add…
