After 13 years of driving to and from work which is approx. 8.5 km from my house, I started biking over a month ago. A co-worker bet me that I couldn't do it for a week straight ... guess what!? Not only did I cycle for a week straight ... 5 weeks later - I'm still cycling and I LOVE IT!!!!

I also went the Weight Watchers online route five years ago and lost 60 pounds. I gained most of it back :( and joined MFP in January. So far so good ... I am down 34 pounds and counting!!! I feel that the MFP food database is far superior and the online community is fantastic! MFP certainly rivals the WW online program…

I am 6'1 and weigh 216. My starting weight was 227. I was a size 16 but now am now a 14. My goal weight is 180 pounds; maybe 170. A size 8-10 would be fabulous!
