I would say yes that's a binge. I don't ever go into a binge not knowing that I am eatting this stuff. What I lack is the ablity to stop after a bit or 2. i have had 4 c/s and this isn't going to make you happy. Basically you need a tummy tuck with the internal girdle(sp?) I did really well getting the weight off after c/s 1 and 2 but after #3 the sag set in and then number 4 and well the more I lose the worse it gets. Sweating isn't much of an issue for me. I barely sweat at all. No matter what I do I have to have a spray bottle with water to keep my head form exploding! I think that's one of the reasons I hate working out so very much LOL=] After mowing the lawn today I had to stick my head in a cold shower and it was only 85 today.

I think some people got the wrong idea here. In my normal daily movement today I mowed my lawn. I have an acre and I did it with a push mower. I am about 9-10 days in and I have lost a pound in the first couple of days and now as of this morning I have put on 2lbs. So I'm not sure what to do. I am going to stay the course for another week and then I am going to rework it all again.
