Break through bleeding is normal with the implants or any hormonal bc. At the same time it couldbe implantion bleeding so a pregnancy test may not be out of the question. Nothing is 100% The cumulative pregnancy rate for the entire five years is 1.1 per 100 users. Women over 154 lbs have a higher rate of failure. But in…

I give myself a cheat day every week. It's great because I weigh in and then I eat! Then I have another week to make up for it. I try to keep it within reason so I don't go mad with it. Like yesterday I had mac and cheese with an apple for lunch and then I had 2 hotdogs and french fries and for dessert I had cupcakes. Ok…

I would just stick with your Monday weigh-ins. It could have been something as simple eating a tad to much salt, drinking an extra glass of water, weighing before a BM, or my personal favorite wearing different clothes when you weighed in. There is any number of reasons it could have happened. Weigh in next week and see…

You have a choice to eat them back. Most generally I don't eat them back if I even bother to log them. It is totally up to you though.

I do but I have 6 kids in my house and 6 animals. So I am most generally fighting constantly to keep it clean so I am always running up and down te stairs with laundry, doing dishes sweeping several times a day mopping dusting making beds and cooking. I do 90% of all of my cooking from scratch, and 100% of all of the…

Not sure what to think about that one. I would love to know what my body thinks it aught to weigh I gained a tun of weight in puberty and then lost it all in my late teens and kept it off in my twenties until I started having kids in between baby #1 and 2 I went back down to 130 lbs and then after #3 I have struggled to…

Honey I wish my legs looked that good! You do look light and dainty. It's really hard if you have spent time being heavy to actually see yourself. I lost like 60lbs when I was your age and I had no idea how great I looked I just couldn't see it I still saw 170lbs even though I was only 120. It will take time.

With days like I had taking even 5 minutes to myself just wasn't happening. It was a rare occurance like I said last time was about a year ago. For me the stress had to be dealt with when quite frankly I just wanted shut my phone off and hide my head under a pillow and wait for the storm to pass, figuratively speaking. I…

Let me guess it's that week before your period??? I think there are a tun of women that go through this, myself included. This month went really well for me do in part to starting about 4 days early. I have the tendence toward eating anything that isn't nailed down. With all good intentions I start out with a healthy snack…

I either use real syrup or I make my own out of berries. My recipe ( this may not actually be healthy just healthier) ;) But I use a pound of frozen berries which ever strike my fancy that day about a 1/2-1cup of water and a cup of powered sugar. Mix the water and the sugar in a sauce pan then add the frozen berries and…

Just so you know you can type and feed with a boppy pillow it works quite well, and the needs of a breastfeeding mom can be up to 700 calories a day and the fact that she is 2 weeks postpartum and still healing she needs to start wtih 2500 calories and then add to that for breasfeeding which is 3200 cal a day and keep it…

Well your a man and you have not nor ever will have a baby. Those first few months with a new baby are rough! Please don't comment on something you don't have any clue about I have 4 kids and eating is the last thing you think about when you bring a baby home. Showers always seemed so much more important. Now to the actual…

I use an underwire and a really good sports bra on top of that. I used to do the same when I rode horses everyday too.

Try adding in some healthy fats on those days healthy fats will help you feel more satisified and can help you actually lose more in the long run.

I am not nor have I ever been that skinny girl. I am 5'3 and the least I have ever weighed as an adult is 127. When I was younger I was in to horses, and I worked at Pizza Hut as the dough girl. (working with dough that heavy did amazing things to my body!) I was solid muscle I had a six pack and cut muscle on my back,…

At my top weight (I was also breastfeeding) I was a 38 ddd or F depending on which scale you look at. That was like 30lbs ago. Now I am at a 36 C and dropping. Before kids I was a 32 barely B. I figure I will end up back there again. I don't have any complaints about it but my husband misses the big girls. But oh but they…

I weight every week weather I like it or not. Without fail I am a gainer I gain like 5-10lbs in water weight every month. But a few days after I start is all goes away.
-
I agree only weigh once a week. If I see one little gain I flip out.

I don't have an exact answer for why,but are you keeping your sodium intake in check. It generally is the culprit with over night weight gain drink lots of water to flush it out
-
In my experience I have 4 kids that I breastfed. No matter how low I took my calories or how much it ate, how much I exercised my weight didn't budge not a bit while I was breastfeeding. As soon as I stopped the weight feel off. I don't know if it was the appetite that I had of a football player or what this issue was but…

It's water weight gain. The best way to deal with it.... More water. It will help you get the salt out of your body and of course take that water with it. Watch your sodium intake for a while and you'll be just fine

It doesn't matter what I eat, eggs protein shakes oatmeal sugary cereal if all has the same effect. As far as exercising after breakfast I don't really have that option. I still have 2 small kids at home and I run a trucking company from home. I get my older kids off to school at 7:30am and promptly start working feeding…

Wow I read that and it sounds like what I have just done naturally all my life! With the exception of when I was pregnant and Saturdays when I make pancakes for my kids and I have to force myself to eat, I hate breakfast and I am not overly fond of lunch either! Diets that make me plan on a snacks all day that I then have…
