I've been going to the gym 4-5 days a week. I start with 5 minute cardio warm up, then go into lifting weights for 30-45 minutes. A good rule of thumb to follow is to stop eating 12 hours after you eat breakfast. (Hoping and assuming you have breakfast shortly after you wake in the morning.)

I lost 4.4 lbs from April 21 to May 21st, and i'm celebrating! Its good, healthy weight loss! I measured myself as well and found I've lost inches too, more than I expected! Keep it up, just keep working at it! :)

That's great!! Sorry I don't really have much advice, except to meet with a trainer, even ONE TIME,to go over nutrition and exercise, you'll learn so much! Also I prefer the low impact cardio machines, treadmills kill my ankles...don't know if that helps at all, but best wishes to you and your health!!

I make sure I'm wearing snug leggings when I work out, so the cloth rubs and not my skin. Never tried any creams or powders, seems like it would mix with sweat and get all sticky and clumpy.
