I'm doing it now and I lost an inch in my arms, waist and thighs in 6 days. I've read a lot of reviews that said thy didn't really lose weight but they lost inches. If you do the DVD make sure to measure yourself.

Idid this a few weeks ago and would like to give it another go. I'm going for 210 minutes. (30 minutes a day). I'm wanting to start on the 30 day shred...again so If I so that this week I'll do additional workouts for the day.

I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy. During the first 2 weeks I lost 30 then gained it back. I have about 20lbs left to lose before I reach pre pregnancy weight. That was 1 1/2 years ago.

Alright, so yesterday I didn't do the DVD. I feel like I kind of failed a bit. Oh well, I'll just finish the rest off strong. The thing is, I wasn't dying of pain and didn't do it. Finished day 3. I don't know if I'm imagining this but i feel like level is getting LITTLE easier. I didn't take as many breaks. I'm glad I'm doing this workout.

I'm getting ready for day 3!! I'm supper sore. :( does anyone feel like those 3-5 lb weights turn into 100lb weights during the workout? I finished the first day! It whipped my butt. Most of my exercising comes from walking and I don't ever sweat as much as I did in 20 minutes and I live in Florida! This is going to be a tough 30 days! I'm not going to quit, because I want those end results!!? ;) good luck everyone.

My measurements are Bust: 45 in Hips: 43 in Arm: 14 in Waist: 42 in Starting weight 212 this morning I haven't started yet because I wanted to do my other exercise first. I know I'm going to be one sore mommy! 2 hours walking. I'll check in once I do the video and let you know the results.

I made my goal to low for this week...I worked out for 193 minutes passing my goal by 13 minutes. I will continue to workout though, because I need to lose 2lbs this week!

I would like to join. I'm excited to do this and I feel thrive I do it all on my own, I'll give up! I heard great things about this and I am so ready to start losing some inches! I'll update measurements tonight and tomorrow weight.
