I love Morningstar! They are the only kind I've tried besides Boca, but I just think they have a really yummy flavor. I really like their chicken nuggets, too.

I did 3 miles today on the track in 30:25. I'm doing a 3-mile fun run on St. Patty's Day, and my goal is to get under 30 min. I do that run every year and that would definitely be a record for me. 1/3 fat CREAM CHEESE with pretty much anything else you want to mix in. It is so creamy and good....and low cal! I made it with a bit of guacamole and spinach the other day and it was really tasty.

Yeah I think mine were mostly made with yogurt, that could be the problem! And I never thought about running the blender with soap and water! That will make it a lot easier to get all the food bits out!

Just did Day 1 Level 1 I used 5 lb weights because I don't have and 3 lb-ers, so I couldn't do all the arm raisers without stopping, but other than that it went good, and I'm ready for day 2 tomorrow! Hope it's going well for all you!

I use a packet of original instant oatmeal and add 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, half a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, and a tablespoon of milled flax seed. Sometimes I add some cinnamon too. This combo also tastes great with cream of wheat.
