I want to read this whole thread....coming back....we are the same age and height. You look amazing...just real quick have your thought about upping your protein to 150g a day and keeping your carbs below 100g a day?

Try increasing your protein intake. Your carbs for the past two weeks have been over 100g if mot 150g and your protein. Is way lower. Try to keep your carbs under 100g and your protein as close to 150g as you can. You body beds protein to rebuild after working out

Love this topic! I may be the short one in the bunch. I am 5'8.5 I have shunk I was in a really bad accident and after 14 surgeries I am not as tall :) The lowest I have know me to be was when I was 37 I was 137 - only stayed at that for a very very short time. I have been using pearled barley as a substitute for rice and sometimes pasta. It is much lower in carbs. Trying it is like a fake out and healthy for you. Best of luck to you.
