Make yourself busy! I find if i am sitting watching tv i really want to eat something probably because im bored or out of habit. I thiiiink i had half a chicken with the spicy rice and some salad and it wasn't too calorific. Obviously no saladdressing and diet coke. I dont remember the count exactly but thats what i always have when i go now, its on their website!

I am very hungry all day at work but i am also not mentally stimulated! In the evenings when i am with family, sewing, reading, exercising, etc i am not so hungry! Or, rather i dont feel the need to eat! Wierd!

Resistance band! Both my boyfriend and i use one, i got it in tk maxx for about £12.00 and you cand o lots of different things! I also have some ankle weights which i hold to do arm stuff. I didn't eat badly generally, i ate well but too much of it i.e. big jacket potato with full can of tuna, huge salad and cheese and salad dressing. Well, yes. Really what i should have said is im trying to avoid highly processed carbs so i stick to occasional organic oatcakes which are low in salt, have no sugar or gluten and are low GI.
