I know it's hard to throw out lefotover food (i find it hard too!) but you're wasting food regardless of whether it goes in the bin or in your mouth if you don't need it!

You can make lots of things! Soup, thai curry with lots of mushrooms, risotto...i like to add them to my lunch (pasta or salad) by slicing them up and putting them in a dish in the microwave with a bit of butter. sounds GROSS but tastes pretty good :)

Hi! I'm pretty tall and will never be a twiglet! Height: 5"11 SW: 200 CW: 176 GW: 165 I did have Ulcerative Colitits and now have a J Pouch after surgery to remove my large intestine, i'm supposed to eat a diet high in carbs to help with my digestion. I did it last year and really enjoyed. I'm 5"11 and i'm about 175 at the moment, my goal is to lose about 6 or 7 more pounds. I was ill recently in hospital and lost 14lbs, have put 7 of those back on and i liked the way i looked/clothes fit when i was ill which sounds awful actually...But i want to be a stronger, toned version of the ill me! haha!

I usually have green tea and 2 cups of water before i go to work. I get up 6.30ish, then when i'm at work i eat 2 sachets of Oat So Simple with raisins and more tea. I don't have time to do any cookingin the morning so i eat at work.

I like the quorn chicken pieces, in stir frys, currys etc you can hardly tell!
