I wore mine one day and found I burned 2400 cal's in a normal day. If you are chasing kids all day, 3000 could be pretty accurate. You may want to up your intake calories and see what happens. Have a deficit of 1000 to 1200 calories instead of 1500. It may be too much for your body to handle a deficit that big. Good luck!
