Almost 2 years since I lost my mom to liver disease (non-alcoholics). I still miss her tons and there are days when it feels like it just happened. I also have 2 daughters that miss her a lot too. My dad is doing pretty well, but he's pretty lonely most days, and I know he thinks about her everyday too. :heart: :heart:…

I did the Couch to 5K over the summer and loved it. One thing I wish I had done differently was to go by distance instead of time when it gives you the choice. I'm a slow runner, so even though I was running 30 minutes, I was only going about 1.5 - 2 miles, instead of the 3.1 (5K) So it took me longer to get to the 5K…

Got a text back from her. She's not at home, but hopes to be home tonight, so she'll probably check in then. At least she's not lost!
