Do it! It's an awesome program... I got two months into last summer... I love cardio X and kempo X.. and I HATE plyometrics... I think thats the second DVD.. holy cow that one left a bad taste in my mouth. Man that one makes you move... Enjoy it.. its a great program.

I would go with low iron... that almost always has to do with sleepyness... check out the docs... might be good to start taking those one a day pills. to boost your system.,

I was the same way at first.. but it only lasted a week or soo... I found myself going 5-8 times a day... which is ALOT for me... but after a while your piss becomes clear and you have detoxed yourself... and the pee's slow down :) TMI I know.. but meh!

yes :) c25k! look it up.. im currently in week 2.. and if you have run before it should be a breeze until week 4 :)

Before C25K today I felt: sluggish... and tired During C25K today I felt: even more tired... but my dog kept me going! After C25K today I felt: great So far I think C25K is: unreal :) I can't wait... I'm on week 2 now... and I did week 1 twice (just to make sure i was good). I play lots of hockey so running isn't an issue…

I started out like that tho... its not bad thing. I logged everything before (mcdonalds, kfc, restaurants, etc)... just to get into the habbit of doing it... then you can see HOW MUCH over you are. Its not a bad thing.... Now.. to do that for years.. or months.. prob. not the best theory.
