You can do this. Just the other day i saw that you had a really big calorie burn workout and that really inspired me to workout harder that day. Remember why you want this. Have the "drill sergeant" in your head kick you off the couch on comercials and do some push ups or sit ups. Just try and keep yourself doing…

Been doing about 45 mins a day of at least something. except on my "off" days then i just did something simple like walking the dog longer than usual.

I am a mutt too. Scottish/dutch/german/english/portugese/native american. Lol total mutt :) so I eat and drink whatever. I do like italian food proably the most tho.

I have been keeping up with the fried food thing. I only actually worked out for 30 mins but I took another 15 min walk so I think that counts. Well you know what? *high fives* you are doing an awesome job. That is a lot of weight to lose in the time frame that you have had. Keep it up. They will eventually notice. Besides you should feel proud of yourself whether they have or have not noticed. Good job and don't let it get you down.
