That's a great idea! I looked at a few things that I used to eat when I went out and was shocked at how many calories I used to consume at one sitting! One burger at Ruby Tuesdays is over 1200 calories...I've eaten it several times...Anyways, I have a whole new outlook on food for sure so that won't be happening again! lol

Reading this just made me hungry! lol Seriously though, just start over and go from today. Maybe the next time you go out try incorporating something green into your meals. I am new to this also. I have done Pilates in the past and am going to start that up again, also running, and if I can steal my jump rope back from my sister I will be using that too! lol I have 20+ lbs to go and am really looking for this to be a lifestyle and not just a diet!

How long has it been since you weighed in? Could it be muscle? Also my weight fluctuates alot, so maybe it's just that. Sometimes I just have to forget about the numbers and focus on my health. :bigsmile:

I did Pilates without a machine after my first son 8 years ago and shaped up pretty fast...of course I was only 22 then! The workouts were harder than I thought. It was a good burn, the kind that you know is really working! I'm still searching for my old DVDs...
