I keep them in a cupboard in my kitchen so they're "out of sight out of mind". I only have them on days I'm working out so it actually takes me about a month to go through a whole box.

Yeah, I won't buy from GNC because they don't offer discounts until you join their club for which they charge some fee and then they're not that great. @z304: I'll have to see if my 7-11 carries them. Thanks!

I was kind of expecting that but thought I'd try. I just got three more boxes delivered and figured it wouldn't hurt to see if somebody else is holding out some bargain place :).

I make chocolate banana smoothies: One banana 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (I like Trader Joe's if you have one available) 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 scoop protein powder (using Body Fortress chocolate now but want to get Optimum Nutrition next) 1/2 cup fat free milk
-
My protein intake averages about 70 g/day. I eat 100+ on the thee days that I work out and then at least 50 on the other days.
-
I'm trying to eat more in the morning and lunch. I've read it's supposed to help with stomach issues.
-
I had scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and chives, mocha latte, cinnamon waffles, and a cup of banana cream Greek yogurt.

I'm in the same boat as you and Allison, Brunette. I'm also 5'2". I got down to 108 lbs. before I went on maintenance on July 1st. I'm up to 110 lbs. now, but have been steady for the past week. My stomach is also my most troubled spot. However, since going on maintenance I've noticed slight difference (good ones) and my…

I have a Ninja Pulse Blender and love it. I make smooties twice a week.

Anything within a hundred calories doesn't bother me. I still love their taste and will stick with them. I wasn't a fan of the cookies and cream one when they came out, but maybe they changed the recipe. I love the chocolate chip cookie dough and double chocolate chunk though.
-
I do my HIIT workouts on an exercise bike. What I've been doing it 5 minutes warm up, 30 second blasts/90 second recovery x5, 5 minutes cooldown.

Those are hard to get accurate information on unless you can get it straight from the bakery. I'd suggest putting in "Bakery Buttercream Jam Bun", see what comes up and pick the one with the most calories. Then I'd make sure to exercise enough to burn those calories and them some.
-
Body Fortress Chocolate, but I'm looking for a better tasting one.
-
I really like them for the convenience, as well as the protein and fiber. My favorites is the double chocolate chunk, but the chocolate chip cookie dough and cinnamon roll ones aren't bad either in my opinion.
-
I know I'm late to the party but I'm now following. I'll be starting a recomp program in July so this is all good stuff.
-
I've been doing the Interval option on a elliptical, but I'm not sure if it's better than the regular Cardio option that adds resistance because it says I burn more on Cardio.
-
I do the same thing as Whittedo. I only take 80% of any machine readout whether it be an excercise bike, elliptical, stepper, HRM, or some other gadget.
-
Elliptical. My calves start to bother me after running on hard pavement for a while.

OP, we are not trying to be mean. We can't help you given the information you provided. As stated about 70-80 grams of protien only equals 630 - 720 calores (each gram of protien equals 9 calories). Therefore the only conclusiton we can come to is that you're not eating enough. I repeat what the others are saying above: We…

My favorite flavors are Double Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and the Cinnamon Bun one. I buy them on vitacost.com where they sell for the standard $24.99/box and have free shipping if spend more than $50.00. That's easy for me because they also carry the Al Dente Carb-Nada pasta I like too.

Gevalia mocha latte k-cups.
-
I was thinking the same thing Johnson  .
-
I'll throw my vote in for the Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Ranch Dressing. If Ranch isn't your thing Trader Joe's makes an awesome Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette.
-
I get cranky without my "me time".
-
Looking great Frans, congrats!

Thanks for this thread Cisseismint. I'm in the same boat and these responses confirm that a recomp may be the best thing for me too. I'm only 5'2" and MFP says my maintenance is 1700 calories, does that sound about right guys?

I love Splenda so much I can't use real sugar anymore. I don't mind Sweet and Low either but Equal and the other "blues" and they're almost tasteless to me, acutally kind of salty. The same with stevia all the other new ones.
-
I tried to to 40/30/30 but I just can't eat 150 g of protein a day on a regular basis. I just have mine set to to whatever MFP gives me and I try to maximize protein and minimize fat without worrying to much where the percentages lie.
