How can you have an accurate food diary without knowing what you are eating? Food scales are necessary. The difference in what you thought was a tbls and what is a tbls is shocking.

TURBOFIRE!!! I started off with Jillian Michael's body revolution/ 30 day shred hybrid. I have found my soul mate workout in Turbo Fire. I do it first thing in the morning.

Nope. I started off with an H cup size as well. I'm still a DD, but I have to go down in the bra to get them to point in the right direction every now and again. On the bright side my back doesn't hurt anymore so I guess that's a silver lining. Once I get enough money and courage I'll go for the surgery.

Well don't you look great. We have similar stories. I started off at 212lbs and I'm currently at 162lbs. My goal original goal is 150lbs. I'm thinking I might change it to 145 after I see how 150 looks on my body. Great job though and continued success.

OP, nothing wrong with a vegan diet...I couldn't/wouldn't want to do it, but there's nothing wrong with...just make sure you know how to get the nutrients you will be missing from eating meat/seafood/poultry. Those things you are eliminating provide a lot of nutrition and those nutrients need to be found elsewhere. Simply…

Same here. I'm currently 162 pounds. My goal is 150. every time I tell someone this, they tell me "I'm going too far" and "don't get white and anorexic on us". Excuse me, I didn't know being 5'7 and 150 pounds would be considered anorexic. And it's good to know that eating disorders are race oriented. Oh wait, none of that…

My shoe size went down. I went up to an 8 and a half from an 8 when I was 16 years old. I will be 33 in May. I'm back down to the 8. The good thing about that is I now have an excuse for shoe shopping. I "needed" all 10 pair of these shoes LOL.

1 frozen banana 1 cup of strawberries 2 tbsp of peanut butter 1 cup of almond milk 1 tbsp of cocoa powder 1 handful of spinach Tastes like a chocolate/strawberry milkshake. Keeps me full until lunch time! I LOVE MY NINJA
