It is a spanks type of thing, but made by a different company. I can see it being convenient for other activities, it'll be fun to surprise the hubby... ;)

Success!!! I think I wasn't leaning far enough forward. Works great with this method! :) Thanks girls!!

Ahh, split gusset, much more PC. Thanks for your support, I'll keep trying!

Yes! I can see what you're saying! I will try this technique - thank you!!

Thanks for stopping by, but not helpful... :)

Okay, maybe I wasn't quite clear. It's one piece, goes over my shoulders and has a low scoop in front , a racer back and it goes down both legs like tights or shorts to my knees. The crotchless part is actually a slit that overlaps slightly. I'm assuming you need to squat and spread the fabric... I didn't quite do it right…

F/47/5'9" [327#>240=87#] (15 months) about 80# to go, so more than half way... we'll see when I get there.

I've been secretly in like with you since I joined over a year ago, but don't let that scare you...

41# will put me into One-derland! I'm in with you all - let's do this!

My oldest son, and also a friend of mine have Asperger's, so I understand. Baby steps... make small changes and keep it up for a few weeks. Put all the food you would like to eat on a plate, then take exactly half and wrap it up for another meal later, or tomorrow (this also helps make logging easier since you can copy…

When I started I had 160-170# to lose... I'm half way there in a little over a year. Here is a link to my one year anniversary on MFP: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1246548-1-year-progress-with-lots-of-pics Good luck to you. Set small goals for yourself - 5# or 10# at a time. These are huge victories for me &…

I've been getting them for about 6 months now. I started with 2X/month then switched to once/month. The portions are small to be honest & the price is kinda high for the amount you get. But they are all very yummy combinations. I have yet to have one I didn't like, but some are better than others. I get the lighter choice…

As you exercise more, you will be able to do more, and you'll want and also need to do more. I started out over 300# - the weight comes off easily for the first 50# or so, and gets tougher. Be prepared to switch things up & do different types of workouts - cardio, weights, resistance, classes, etc. You have to keep your…

When I eat out, or at the home of a friend/family member, I fill my plate with whatever they made (pretty much like I used to before losing weight) but then I eat exactly HALF of everything I want. This is made much easier by sliding half onto another plate & wrapping it up to take home for lunch the next day. Sometimes…

Treadmills are notoriously inaccurate, and your HRM may be more accurate, however neither take into account the calories you would have burned just lying in bed, For most people that's 80-100 calories/hour. So what I do is take the HRM number and subtract 100 calories (just to be on the safe side). This really only matters…

Fantastic progress!! I feel like I've been stuck in the 240's forever, but it's only been a few months. Keep up the great work!!
-
Congrats on your loss! I've lost 340 sticks of butter. I'm trying to imagine how much space that would take up in my fridge... :)

Excellent progress!!!

Is there any way you can try swimming? It's easy on the joints & you feel weightless in the water. It's the only exercise I did for the first few months after joining MFP. Here is a link to my 1-year success story with some tips: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1246548-1-year-progress-with-lots-of-pics Just take it…

Wow Brook - I've never seen your before pics before... Incredible transformation & it make the amazing number very real. You are a superhero!!

I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror the other day and wondered exactly when mine had reappeared too - I had to do a double take. I also noticed a slight "boniness" about my shoulders that had not been there before. Great NSV, congrats to you!

You can put in whatever calories your HRM says, just type over what is in the field for the calories that MFP gives you for a given exercise.
-
Not at -100# yet, but on my way! I'm not stopping until I can maintain at about 160#. Here is a link to my 1-year progress post : http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1246548-1-year-progress-with-lots-of-pics You can do it!!

If you have 130+# to lose, are truely eating 1000 cals/day & not losing weight, something isn't right. At 327# when I started MFP I was eating 1850 cals/day, not exercising & dropping 2-3.5#/week. The weight was just falling off at first with little effort other than logging my cals and drinking lots of water. Maybe you're…

try a big glass of water and a hand full of nuts...

I had mine out about 9 years ago - I just keep my cholesterol intake low. I haven't made any other changes, nor have I had trouble losing weight. Good luck to you!
