I think admitting having a problem with food is hard. The pounds just don't show up overnight. However, knowing is part of the battle to change. I know you posses the strength to get through the goodies you bake for your family and friends. I will be praying for positive results for your procedure on Thursday.

I am finding my weight has gone up and down the same 2lbs ... and feel like the last 3 weeks have been a wash. I am wondering if I need to eat more to loose weight instead of eating less. Especially the days I workout twice making my daily burn over 1200.

some people just do not tolerate vitamins - I had a hard time finding one that did not make my son throw-up or get a belly ache from. I truly believe not all vitamins are made the same and are for everyone.

Sending a request - motivation from others really helps in the weight loss genre lol....I cannot have a lot of sugar either. If I eat sugar (candy or whatever) even staying within my calories my weight loss slows down. Anyone can add me - I motivate and check in on you when you haven't logged in.

So - how did everyone do? I accomplished the goals with a bit of a struggle but hey it's a new week. I am heading off to do a quick errand and then to walk - since my ankle is still not in running order my C25K is on hold...grrrr.....I hate injuries! Look for Week 4!

Great way to stay positive. My running is currently on hold right now until my ankle heals. I choose to stay with Zumba because I enjoy it so I wear a brace and do not do a lot of jumping (nothing a little 800mg of motrin won't cure). Keep up the great work!!
