I agree, I'm 136lbs and my calorie goal isn't that low... I think you need a higher goal.

5'5" with 9lbs to go and STUCK! Ugh! The rest came off so easy compared to now. :( Of course I stopped being as committed as I was too until recently. Getting back at it and forcing myself to STICK TO IT and lose it! (I'd be happy to lose inches instead of lbs too though)

No problem! It's actually missed that most generally a constant craving means you need more of something. A good thing you can do if you have health insurance that will cover it is see your Dr and have a full blood panel done, asking them to specifically check for any deficiencies. If you REALLY crave something bad all the time it usually means your body needs something. Crave chewing ice? You need more iron. etc. Hope that helps!

Honestly "grazing" is better than 3 set meals a day. I eat small snack like meals several times a day and just record them in whatever meal category they best fit. Keeps me from over eating too. Don't skip breakfast, like others have said, just plan snacks. My issue is after working out... I feel like I could eat TONS…
