Rocked a 5k walk today! In under an hour! When I was a healthy weight, back in 2013, I managed to run a 5k in half an hour.... so my logic says- I weigh about 2 of what I should, so twice the length of time is FINE. Longest walk I've done in the last... 4years? I am so chuffed with myself ^_^
