Hi there! my first round starts tomorrow! I will post a comment for each day but I'll not be weighing myself that often, if that's ok! I'm very obsessive with weighing once I get started so I'll weigh tomorrow at the start and weigh either just at the end or half way through. Hope that's not breaking any rules or anything!…

not swimming, heehee Slimming World! it's a bit like weight watchers but less restrictive- really popular here in the UK- they have set up groups and online membership in the US/Canada too :)

i've lost 10 stone- and have gone from 44H to 34E so have a reasonably good sized chest still ;) heehee

Oh what a question! One thing I had to learn was to be patient and kind to myself. I had a lot of tough days- I still do, and I'm betting I will for a while. I had to accept that some days I'm going to fall off the proverbial wagon. Instead of beating myself up and reaching for the nearest cake, I had to dust myself off…

I always seem to go over the protein, by quite a bit usually- and it doesn't affect my weight loss- i'm still losing pretty well :)
