Do a scavenger hunt...my son was into dinosaurs so I used that to hide everywhere and believe me I had tons to hide (big & small). For my daugter we did a luau and everyone loved the limbo contest. There's always musical chairs. I have tons of ideas but see if you like any of those. Good luck and have fun!

I love Jillian Michaels and I actually have done the DVD just never completed the challenge...Let's Do It! I'll start tonight when I get home! Well what do you enjoy doing? There's plenty of ways to burn calories not exercising. I like to walk with a friend early in the evenings, a good dance with my kiddos and sometimes just working around the yard. It's amazing how much you'll sweat "not" exercising. What ever you choose to do...ENJOY it! Good luck!:happy:

I don't see anything wrong with having "cheat" day(s) but what I find works well with me is not putting myself on a strict diet. I'm practicing portion control with everything I enjoy eatting. Somedays I feel like eatting more of this than that but I do my best to balance those "cheat" days with more exercise. It looks…
