Today I have done 6 miles on elliptical trainer today, and took kids for a mc Donald's but I resisted .

Yesterday did 9 miles on my elliptical machine (the squeaker ) it's old and very squeaky .i also joined 100 mile challenge and have done 14 so far.

Looks good plan I know what you mean about desserts.

Hi have started got up at 7.30 and just done a five mile walk, and high protein breakfast.

Starting weight. 175 Goal for end of September 167 I don't think that i will be able not to Get on the scales for a month. I can't go cold turkey.

I also suffer with this painful condition,interesting how every body else copes,i also wear gel insoles lots of stretching and wear crocs as slippers.Podaratist says it takes about two years to heal.I go out walking but sometimes it's so painful.i will some of your tips .
